Crystal Richardson is a Chef at Four Seasons Resorts & Residences Anguilla. In her own words, watching people enjoy the dishes that she creates, “Brings me so much joy.”
Chef Richardson grew up in St. Lucia where her love of cooking flourished due to the availability of local fruits and vegetables. As the oldest of five children, she has been cooking almost all her life. She headed up the family’s home kitchen and had to get creative to come up with meals for her four little brothers after school.
Chef Richardson decided to transition from home cook to professional chef at Fat Cat Gourmet, where she was first introduced to the art of preparing gourmet meals. At Four Seasons Anguilla she is able to optimize her passion and continues to be exposed to an even wider variety of culinary techniques and methods.
As she says, “I am so grateful to be surrounded by so many amazing chefs who are so eager to nurture me inany and every way they can, yet also give me the freedom to express myself. I am extremely excited to see what the future holds for me and my cooking endeavors.”
