Chef Damian Hendrickson is the Chef de Cuisine at Ocean Echo in Anguilla on Meads Bay Beach. A proud Kittitian, Hendrickson has lived in Anguilla several times throughout his career, sharing his rich culinary expertise and a deep appreciation for the island’s flavors.
Hendrickson honed his culinary skills at the JNA Institute of Culinary Arts and further expanded his expertise with an online course at the World Chef Academy. He has served in esteemed roles in premier Caribbean kitchens, including Executive Chef at Paradise Beach Resort in Nevis, Head Chef at Yachtsman Grill in Nevis, and Head Chef at Carambola Beach House in St. Kitts.
Specializing in French and Italian cuisine infused with vibrant island influences, Hendrickson creates dishes that celebrate both sophistication and the essence of the Caribbean.
