Kenrick Richardson Jr., affectionately known as "Chef Jun," has been making waves in the Anguillian culinary scene for the past 12 years.
Known for his unstoppable drive, Richardson's love of cooking started in his home kitchen alongside his mother. This love has blossomed into an active and booming career at Anguilla's top hotels, including the former Cuisinart Resort & Spa and Viceroy Hotel, and now at Four Seasons Anguilla.
In those prominant kitchens and as a private chef in the private villa sector, Richardson has demonstrated his creativity and expanded his culinary repatoire, becoming well-versed in Asian, Italian, French and Caribbean cuisine.
Richardson will showcase his talents when he competes at the Anguilla Culinary Experience Basket Battle on Saturday, May 6th at Anguilla Great House.
