Rameesh’s culinary journey began in 2012 as a Kitchen Assistant at Cap Juluca, where he participated in the ALHCS Summer Job Training Program. That same year, he gained further experience as a runner at Davida Restaurant and as a Line Cook at Oliver’s Seaside Grill, working under the esteemed Chef Oliver himself.
In 2013, Rameesh joined Blanchards Beach Shack as a Prep Cook and Line Cook. He moved on to Blanchards Restaurant shortly after and was also a Prep Cook and Line Cook, dedicating ten years to honing his craft under the guidance of Melinda Blanchard and Lowell Hodge. His commitment to professional growth led him to earn certifications from the American Hotel & Lodging Association Educational Institute and attend the Disney Institute’s “Behind the Magic” Service Training.
Now serving as the Culinary Supervisor at Pimms at Cap Juluca, A Belmond Hotel, Rameesh takes great pride in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to guests. Passionate about Anguilla’s rich culinary heritage, he skillfully incorporates local spices and flavors to create memorable dishes that celebrate the island’s vibrant food culture.
