Chefs’ Villa Dinner with Guest Chef Zachary Engel and Veya’s Carrie Bogar


Guest Chef and James Beard Award-winner Zachary Engel of Michelin-starred Galit in Chicago, joins Chef Carrie Bogar of Anguilla’s Veya to present an intimate tasting menu at one of the island’s top luxury villas, Villa Alegria. The multi-course experience will merge Chef Engel’s Middle-Eastern flavors with Chef Bogar’s Cuisine of the Sun.

Get to know your chefs, along with Villa Alegria owners and ACE Co-chairs Neil and Wendy Freeman, as you savor an all-inclusive evening of cocktails, conversation and cuisine in a one-of-a-kind location. Relax to live music and wines expertly paired by Veya’s Jerry Bogar with every course.

Oceanfront on Cul de Sac on the island’s West End, Villa Alegria’s breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and mountains of St. Martin will nourish your soul, as the chefs delight your palate.
