Experience a unique culinary journey spotlighting a variety of ingredients that are indigenous to Anguilla at one of Anguilla’s most spectacular, private villa estates. This year’s dinner will be held at Altamer’s spectacular Blue Diamond Villa.
Hosted by Altamer and Cape Air and featuring Guest Chef Sébastien Barrière of Les Galets Intimate Dining Experience in Saint-Martin – winner of Best Table de Saint-Martin 2024 – and Chef Gerard MacDonna of iconic Sharky’s Anguilla, this extraordinary event unfolds in two parts. You’ll start the evening with a rooftop happy hour featuring panoramic ocean views, showstopping cocktails, and delectable passed bites followed by a sit-down, oceanfront dinner by your chefs. This event embraces a farm- and sea-to-table ethos that showcases sensational dishes and unveils the origins and production methods behind each local element.
