Hosted by Altamer and Cape Air, this extraordinary event is hosted unfolds in two parts – we’ll kick off the evening with a rooftop happy hour featuring panoramic views, showstopping cocktails, and delectable passed bites followed by an exquisite, sit-down, oceanfront dinner by renowned, local private chef, Chef Xavier Rochat, and his brother Chef Yannick Rochat, Sous Chef at Saison by Mauro Colagreco at Raffles London at The OWO. The brothers will combine their personal style and exceptional skills to present an event that embraces a farm-to-table ethos that showcases sensational dishes and unveils the origins and production methods behind each local element.
