Chef Proprietor Alain Laurent of Jacala is partnering with Nathalie Le Sénéchal of Grands Vins de France and Brian Bostwick of The Duckhorn Portfolio to host a collaborative, dinner and wine-pairing at the beloved Meads Bay Beach restaurant.

Your evening of Napa wines, French fare and Caribbean flair, begins at 6:30 pm with tantalizing appetizers and a welcome glass of sparkling wine. At 7 pm, Chef Alain will awe you with his renowned, French-Caribbean fusion cuisine. Each of your dinner’s exquisite, five courses will be accompanied by wines from The Duckhorn Portfolio, creating a gastronomic feast for the senses. Sip, savor and explore as Nathalie and Brian present their expertly-curated wine pairings with each course.
