Chef Shem Olton grew up helping his mother in the kitchen.  Today, he shares his talents as an Assistant Chef with RTaste Innovations Private Catering, providing custom dining experiences for celebrations, luxury villa and resort guests, businesses and residents.

Olton’s favorite aspect of being a chef is it allows him to be creative. He enjoys making pasta and pizza and working with Anguilla’s bountiful fresh seafood.
