Chef Mauricia Huligar’s culinary journey began at Tasty’s restaurant working with Chef Proprietor Dale Carty. After starting with desserts, she progressed to hot line and soon found her passion.
Huligar honed her skills in many of the top kitchens on island including Andy’s Restaurant, the Bamboo Bar & Grill and Sunset Lounge at the Four Seasons Resort & Residences Anguilla, and former Ember Restaurant under Chef Mark Alvarez. Today she is an in-demand personal chef and one of the partners of RTaste Innovations Private Catering.
For Huligar, access to fresh seafood is a favorite aspect of working as a chef in Anguilla. She knows her passion for creating delicious dishes has been successful when she sees happy faces and receives compliments from guests.
