Chef Proprietor Alain Laurent of Jacala is partnering with Nathalie Le Sénéchal of Grands Vins de France and a guest winemaker to host an evening of wine and French fare at Laurent’s beloved Meads Bay Beach restaurant.

Your evening begins with tantalizing appetizers and a welcome glass of sparkling wine. At 7 pm, Chef Alain will captivate you with his French-Caribbean fusion cuisine. Each of your dinner’s five courses will be accompanied by hand-selected wines, creating a gastronomic feast for the senses. Sip, savor and explore as Nathalie and our guest winemaker reveal their expertly-curated pairings with each course.

You can look forward to an experience that feels indulgent yet wonderfully relaxed, the perfect harmony of luxury and the laid-back spirit of the Caribbean.

Max 45 guests, 18+ | One seating at 6:30 pm, dinner served at 7 pm | 13% GST and 15% gratuity applied at check out | Includes welcome glass of wine, appetizers, dinner and wine pairings.

Tickets for this event must be purchased online. After you receive your tickets via email, please contact Angelique at jacala_restaurant@me.com to advise the number in your party and if you would like to be seated with other guests purchasing their tickets separately. Table assignments will be at the restaurant’s discretion and smaller parties may be seated with other parties.
