Celebrate the start of ACE 2026 at seaside Karaya on Shoal Bay West. Savor Mediterranean-inspired passed hors d’oeuvres created by James Beard Award-Finalist Restaurateur and Guest Chef Oliver Poilevey of Chicago’s Obélix and La Bouchon, alongide Chef-Proprietor Carrie Bogar and Karaya’s culinary and mixology teams. Connect with old and new friends under the moon’s soft glow as you sip hand-crafted cocktails, including Karaya’s spirited frozen concoctions. Live music sets an alluring rhythm as the night settles in, complementing the soundscape of the sea.
Anguilla’s newest (and fast-becoming a favorite) restaurant, Karaya, is Chef Carrie and her husband Jerry Bogar’s most recent addition, joining their award-winning Veya and Sandbar restaurants.
