Chef Proprietor Carrie Bogar and Guest Chef and James Beard Award-winner Zachary Engel, owner of Michelin-starred Galit in Chicago, will present a special tasting menu combining Engel’s Middle Eastern flavors and Bogar’s Cuisine of the Sun at Bogar’s treehouse-inspired Sandy Ground fine dining restaurant. Add optional wine pairings selected by Carrie’s husband and Veya Co-owner Jerry Bogar.
