Join ACE co-chairs Neil and Wendy Freeman, Grands Vins de France, and Veya for a spectacular evening at the Freeman’s beautiful Villa Alegria. Guest Chef and James Beard Award-finalist Restaurateur Chef Oliver Poilevey of Chicago’s Obélix and La Bouchon will collaborate with Veya’s Chef Proprietor Carrie Bogar to present a multi-course tasting menu on the oceanfront terrace.
This intimate evening begins with cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres overlooking the moonlit Caribbean Sea. As the dinner unfolds, your chefs will present alternating courses that draw on their diverse heritages and celebrate the fusion of Poilevey’s modern French fare, Bogar’s ‘cusine of the sun’ and the island’s fresh ingredients. Each dish is expertly complemented with wine pairings selected by Grands Vins de France and Veya co-owner Jerry Bogar.
