Chef Proprietor Alain Laurent of Jacala is partnering with Nathalie Le Sénéchal of Grands Vins de France Anguilla and Cyril Meuley of Boisset La Famille des Grands Vins  to present an evening of “French Wines & Fare with Caribbean Flair” at Jacala on Meads Bay Beach.

Your evening begins with tantalizing appetizers and a welcome glass of wine. At 7 pm, Chef Alain will captivate you with his French-Caribbean fusion cuisine. Each of your dinner’s five courses will be accompanied by hand-selected wines from our guest wine expert. Sip, savor and explore as Nathalie and Cyril reveal their expertly-curated pairings with each course.

You can look forward to an experience that feels indulgent yet wonderfully relaxed, the perfect harmony of luxury and the laid-back spirit of the Caribbean.

Your ticket includes: welcome glass of wine, appetizers, multi-course dinner and wine pairings.

Max 45 guests, 18+ | One seating at 6:30 pm, dinner served at 7 pm | 15% service applied at online check out as “Tax.”

Tickets for this event must be purchased online. Table assignments will be at the restaurant’s discretion and smaller parties may be seated with other parties.
