Chef Proprietor Alain Laurent of Jacala is partnering with Nathalie Le Sénéchal of Grands Vins de France and a guest winemaker to present a wine-pairing dinner at Jacala on Meads Bay Beach.
Your evening begins with tantalizing appetizers and a welcome glass of wine. At 7 pm, Chef Alain will captivate you with his French-Caribbean fusion cuisine. Each of your dinner’s five courses will be accompanied by hand-selected wines from our guest wine expert. Sip, savor and explore as Nathalie and our guest reveal their expertly-curated pairings with each course.
