Celebrate the start of ACE 2026 at seaside Karaya on Shoal Bay West. Savor Mediterranean-inspired passed hors d’oeuvres created by Guest Chef and James Beard Award-Finalist Restaurateur Oliver Poilevey of Chicago’s Obélix and La Bouchon, and Guest Chef and past Bravo TV Top Chef contestant Timothy Dean of Maryland. The duo will join Karaya’s Chef-Proprietor Carrie Bogar and Chef de Cuisine Joel Reyes and the Karaya culinary and mixology teams.
Connect with old and new friends under the moon’s soft glow as you sip hand-crafted cocktails, including Karaya’s spirited frozen concoctions. Live music sets an alluring rhythm as the night settles in, complementing the soundscape of the sea.
Karaya is Anguilla’s newest restaurant and is named for the Taíno-Arawak word for “moonlight,” the language of the island’s first inhabitants. It is the latest creation from Chef Carrie and her husband, Jerry Bogar. joining their award-winning Veya and Sandbar.
