Emanuele Sabatini

Zemi Beach House, Anguilla

Born in Rome, Chef Sabatini’s passion for cooking began at an early age. Emanuele’s experience began at Hotel Columbus in Rome, where he became Chef de Partie, followed by working on major events such as Festival del Cineman, institutional dinner in Villa Madame, and an event in the Olypic Stadium in Rome. His passions and culinary expertise were further showcased at the Italian Pavillion at World Expo in Saragoza in 2008, and the Shanghai World Expo in 2010, in addition to several more international roles before joining the Zemi Beach House culinary team in October 2021.

In his new role at Zemi Beach House, Chef Emanuele’s menu inspiration reflects the island of Anguilla and incorporating fresh fish, lobster, and local ingredients for a flavorful, creative menu for Zemi’s guests.
