Giselle Bartlette is the CEO and Managing Director of KidzKare Anguilla and will host a kids’ culinary craft area at the Beach BBQ + Basket & Bartending Battles event on May 26th.

Established in 2008, KidzKare is a leading child care agency catering to families visiting Anguilla. It’s team of well-trained, friendly and enthusiastic nannies and mannies offers child care services for children six (6) weeks and up. The company also leads tours and exciting activities for children and teens and rents affordable, up-to-date and high quality baby gear.

With a strong focus on strategic initiatives and client relationships and a decade of experience in the hospitality sector, Bartlette has been instrumental in establishing KidzKare as a trusted provider of exceptional services for travelling families. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality sector,  she served as a Passenger Service Agent at American Eagle and later as a night auditor at La Sirena/ Anacaona Hotel, where she demonstrated her attention to detail and organizational skills. Her tenure at Sheriva Villas as an evening concierge further solidified her reputation for hospitality excellence, where she focused on enhancing guest experiences and ensuring smooth operations.

Bartlette holds a BSc in Management Studies from UWI Global Campus and possesses specialized diplomas in Public Relations and Childcare. Additionally, she holds certifications in Customer Service, Conversational Spanish, Supervisory Management and Small Business Management.  She has participated in esteemed programs such as the Backing Winner Programme, the GET SET Entrepreneurial Programme and the Hospitality Ambassador Recruitment Programme, gaining invaluable insights to drive her entrepreneurial ventures and contribute meaningfully to the hospitality industry.

Under Bartlette’s leadership, KidzKare has become a renowned leader in child care, with plans underway to expand its offerings and reach neighboring islands. Outside of her professional endeavors, Bartlette enjoys embarking on adventures, exploring new beaches, embracing new skills, indulging in comedy shows, and solving challenging puzzles. She cherishes moments with family and her beloved pet, Beau.
