One of the most highly-decorated members of the island’s competitive Anguilla National Culinary Team, Chef Sweets opened his first restaurant in high school in Anguilla.
He has shared his talents at many of Anguilla’s finest restaurants and villas including Pimms at Belmond’s Cap Juluca, Veya, Elvis Beach Bar & Grill, Viceroy Hotels & Resorts, Le Bleu Villa and celebrity favorite, ÀNI Anguilla.
Chef Sweets recently opened and serves as executive chef at Ethnik Cuisine. Featuring Asian Fusion street food, Ethnik is located on the beach at LIT Lounge in Sandy Ground. There he creates dishes that are simple yet elegant, letting the essence of the star ingredients shine through.
His approach to cuisine is to deconstruct recipes, reinventing them to suit his sense of style and flavor.
