Trisha Goodluck is a chef at Anguilla Great House on Rendezvous Bay Beach, where she has spent her entire culinary career.
Chef Goodluck’s culinary training has been truly hands on. Although initially hired by the resort as a dishwasher when she first moved to Anguilla, her talents were soon recognized, and she quickly rose to assisting the Head Chef and then finally preparing meals for guests on her own. Working alongside the resort’s other chefs, she learned about all types of cuisines and honed her skills.
For Chef Goodluck, there is nothing more rewarding than watching her guests enjoy the food she has prepared. She especially enjoys creating dishes that showcase Anguilla’s bountiful seafood, As she says, “I want my guests to enjoy ‘finger-licking’ food and walk away happy every time they dine with us.”
